There’s nothing to sugarcoat regarding Andorra’s 2010 jerseys. They simply look utterly bad.

So ,when I bought my other 2010 shirts, the thrill of anticipation wasn’t necessarily high. But as someone who decided to own each and every Andorra shirt, also the really bad shirts have to be added at some point.

With the red and blue model purchased quite easily, there was still a third model to be acquired:

A dark blue model only used once in a friendly against Poland in 2012.

Despite already having a mid-blue shirt at their disposal, someone at the Andorran football federation decided to bring a darker blue shirt into the mix.

As a connoisseur of weird third shirts and unexpected colors, the excitement for this particular model was unlike higher than for its dull brothers.

Thanks to a French collector, I was able to add said shirt to my collection, thus completing the “terrible three” on a high note.

Worn in the aforementioned friendly match against Poland, which Andorra lost 4-0, by center-back Alexandre Gutiérrez, the shirt features a EURO 2012 patch on the sleeve, despite only being used in a friendly match.

This model remains the only dark blue model that Andorra has ever used and is therefore a worthy addition to my Andorra collection – in spite of the terrible design.
